Handmade jewelry can be delicate, so a little extra care will go a long way to insuring you will be able to enjoy your jewelry for years to come.
Store your jewelry either laying down flat or hanging straight to prevent kinks. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may fade some stones over time. Sterling silver and gold-fill metals can tarnish with age, so it's best to store your jewelry in an airtight container.
Repeated exposure to the chemicals in beauty products such as hairspray and perfume can cause your jewelry to lose its sparkle and shine - so it's best to put on your jewelry after you have applied those products.
Liquid jewelry cleaning solution is not safe for our jewelry and may damage the stones. To clean your jewelry we recommend that you simply run a soft cloth over the stones. For harder to reach spaces, such as the wires in between the stones on wire wrapped jewelry, just give a gentle scrub over the area with a soft toothbrush and water. Silver can be cleaned gently with a silver polishing cloth.
