Return & Repair Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your Michele Lynne Designs online purchase, you may return the item in new, unused condition for exchange or complete refund (less shipping charges) within 14 days of the date received. Please email our customer service department at returns@michelelynne.com to obtain a return authorization number and the address to where you should send your returns. No exchange or refund will be processed without a return authorization.
All custom orders are final sale; no returns are accepted on custom items.
For your protection, please send all returns via UPS or insured parcel post. We cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages or those sent without a return authorization.
Purchases made at one of our retail partners must be returned to that specific retail partner and may be subject to that partner's returns and exchange policies.
In the event that a piece needs repair, we will be happy to make that repair free of charge within 60 days of purchase - only shipping charges will apply. For merchandise over 60 days old, a repair charge will be assessed, plus shipping. Repair charge will depend on the type of repairs needed. Our merchandise changes often, and sometimes beads or stones may not be available for repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar.
Merchandise Availability
All Michele Lynne Designs' jewelry items are handmade-to-order just for you. We make every possible effort to keep items nearly identical to the samples pictured - however, gemstones by nature vary in size, shape and color saturation, so some slight variation is to be expected. This simply adds to the uniqueness and individual beauty of each piece.
Items in our "Limited Edition" section are very limited in quantity, and some are even one-of-a-kind. If an item you like becomes unavailable, we can work with you to create something similar, so feel free to contact us to see what we can do for you.
