To Place an Order
You can place an order through our secure shopping cart, using a major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may also e-mail us at: orders@michelelynne.com, or place an order over the phone by calling (310) 308-0304.
Shipping
We begin work on your pieces as soon as your order is complete. Most orders are completed and shipped within 7 days. If you need your order to be sent out in a shorter timeframe, please contact us, as we may be able to expedite your order (a rush fee of $20 may apply).
For custom orders, additional time may be required to source gems and materials, or to work with you on the custom design. We will provide you with a time estimate along with your cost estimate for all custom orders.
Domestic Shipping:
Orders shipped within the U.S. are subject to a shipping, handling & insurance fee of $12.00. Orders are sent via insured U.P.S.
Please note: orders must be delivered to a street address
- NO DELIVERIES CAN BE MADE TO P.O. BOXES.
International Shipping:
Michele Lynne Designs does ship to many countries outside of the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at: orders@michelelynne.com so we can determine exact shipping amount.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to a California address will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
Gift Wrapping
All items sent in our Michele Lynne Designs gift boxes. If your order is a special gift, we can add beautiful gift-wrapping and a gift card to your order. An additional gift-wrapping charge of $5.95 will apply. Please let us know exactly what message you would like to appear on your gift card.
